Among the Betrayed
Among the Betrayed was an fantastic novel. It is the sequel to Among the Hidden. The author Margaret Peterson Haddix is a genius with this sequel. I am just surprised that there is not a movie to this series. The first book is about a boy named Luke and is hiding from population police. He is hiding because you could only have two children and Luke is the third. In this novel Luke is going to an all boy school. As he goes to a boy school he is bullied by a boy that lives in the same dormitory. At the end of the book Luke is told on by the bully or other wise known as Jason and does not get caught. He is not caught because the fake Identification is shown. The fake identification was given by a population police in the first novel because his daughter was killed and he does want the same to happen to Luke. To me this series is very good. It gives very good details and has dramatic scenes. But to know what happens in this novel you will have to read the first which is called Among the Hidden. I have not read the third book but if you did leave me a comment on how great it was.

The Kid's Bussiness Book
1. Why did kids set up bussiness? They start their bussiness because they want to earn extra money with thier allowance to save or to spend.
2. In the case studies, why did the kids start particular bussiness? They made their bussinessess because they wanted to have fun while working.
3. What are the important things you should consider when you plan to start a bussiness? I think I should consider the expense when I start because if you do not have much money to spend then you can not really start. You can not even advertise if you do not have to to start out with.
4. What are some risks that kids faced running their bussinesses? One risk is fraud. They could copy a bussiness idea and get caught and lose the bussiness.
5. What are some of the productive resources needed to run the various bussinesses? There are advertisement in newspapers and going around telling people about the bussiness. There can also be people working for you and they can have people they know and tell more and more people. They can also can have flyers and bussiness cards.
6.What is a profit? A profit is what you have left after you subtract your expense from the income.
7. What happens when an entrepeneur does not make a profit? When an entrepeneur does make money they will either go out of bussiness or lower pricesto make people come or, he or she can make prices higher so when people by they could still make a profit.

Picturing America Tour
Why did The National Endowment for Humanities decide to teach American history like this?
1. They would go to schools and reproduct of noticable arts to public and private schools, libraries, and communities.
What can you actually learn about American history from these pictures?
2. You can learn because you can see the art work they used to make and the art work they make today.
Why were these pictures selected?
3. They were selected because they got them from the Teachers Resource Book and program.
Which pictures do you like and why?
I like the falling water because that is were I want to live by some day.

Picturing America Part 3
I think they call it "Painting With a Hammer" because they use hammers to make the curves on the art. they also used hammers to give details. They would hammer softly on the art to give it curves.
